What is your cancellation policy?
I ask that clients cancel or reschedule their appointment through theCut app with reasonable notice. Late cancellations and no-shows may affect your ability to book priority time slots in the future. Respecting your barber's time ensures the best experience for all clients.
What is your refund policy?
